Exchanges due to Size or Preference
If a customer wishes to exchange a product due to ordering the wrong size or for any reason unrelated to product defects, such exchanges will be accommodated at the customer's expense. To initiate an exchange for a different size or product, please place a new order for the desired item.
General Returns
Customers are entitled to return their order or product for any reason within 5 days of delivery. To proceed with a return, please follow the steps below to arrange for a reverse pickup:

- Size Discrepancies: If the reason for return is related to incorrect sizing, please provide images of the product alongside a size measurement for verification by our production team.
- Unboxing the Package: We request that customers unbox packages carefully. If damage occurs during unboxing with scissors or any sharp object, refunds may not be possible unless documented with an unpacking video or images of the courier packaging.
- Damaged Upon Arrival: If the package appears damaged upon receipt from the courier, it is crucial to note the damage in the remarks while signing for the delivery. This documentation assists us in claiming a refund from the courier service.
